The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was right next to the Anka Mall. This allowed for easy access to shopping and entertainment options. it was close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as jacuzzis and comfortable beds. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast offered a wide selection of food.
The internet connection in the hotel was unreliable and slow.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a huge shopping center where I had a lot of restaurant options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, with an in-house spa and gym that I made good use of. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of tasty dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and positive, always resolving any issues promptly.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel and we were impressed by the luxurious amenities and exclusive service. the Spa & wellness centre offered an incredible experience with its sauna and massage services. the Spa lounge was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had an amazing selection of food and drinks. the private facilities were incredible, making us feel pampered and exclusive.
Some of the tiles in the reception area seemed worn and outdated, which was unexpected for such a luxurious venue.
